Once the former headquarters of Marvel Television, this project was designed as an annex to the broader Culver Studios development. Three distinct single-story industrial storage buildings were reimagined as a unified office environment, organized into two working wings serving separate departments and anchored by a shared central space for meetings and informal gathering. The larger southern wing is further divided by a pair of freestanding architectural conference rooms, each outfitted with bespoke technology for seamless visual collaboration. By breaking down the floor plate without severing sightlines, these interventions strike a balance between focused, team-based work and the open exchange that connects the building's two divisions.
